Career Mentoring Match is a flexible and supportive mentoring program designed to help you explore career options, build professional confidence, and prepare for life beyond university.

The program is open to undergraduate students from their second year of study and to all postgraduate students, across any discipline. You will be matched with an experienced industry professional whose background aligns with your interests or career goals.
The mentoring relationship is driven by you. You set the agenda by identifying what you want to gain from the experience—whether that is career direction, industry insight, networking advice, or guidance on professional skills. Your mentor will support you by sharing their experience, offering practical advice, and helping you work towards your goals.
Mentoring can take place either in person or online, giving you the flexibility to connect with professionals locally, interstate, or internationally.
