Career Mentoring Match is our most inclusive and flexible mentoring program, designed to support students at a wide range of study stages and career pathways. The program is open to undergraduate students from their second year of study, as well as all postgraduate students, across any discipline.

Participants are matched with an experienced industry professional from a relevant sector or with transferable professional expertise. The mentoring relationship is mentee-driven, empowering students to shape discussions around their career aspirations, expectations, and development goals. Mentors play a pivotal role by sharing professional insights, offering guidance, and coaching students as they work towards achieving their objectives.
Mentoring can be undertaken either in person or online, providing flexibility for mentors and mentees to connect locally, interstate, or internationally.
